Evolve is where we go beyond changing specific behaviours or achieving goals, and start shifting your entire operating system. Over 12 sessions, we'll alchemise your core beliefs, identity, and the unconscious patterns that show up across all areas of your life.

As well as simply shifting your habits, you become the version of yourself who naturally thinks, feels, and acts in alignment with who you want to be. We build momentum that creates profound, lasting change.

Is hypnosis safe?

All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis - I'm just guiding you into accessing your own resources and capacity for change.
